Collage for 'Raining Umbrellas'…

Collage for 'Raining Umbrellas'…
So I just, and I mean literally just installed photoshop elements (yay!) and made this collage. It pains me to be aware of all of the neat ways I could have done it, but considering I hardly know what I'm doing in there at this point, and that tomorrow is Friday and it's 12:47 a.m. right now… I decided simple and easy was best for now. I look forward to many more opportunities to design way cooler things. But, now is not that time. Alas! My simple collage… just a little peak into my life.
Thanks for caring!

  2. I like it Jami. Sometimes simple is the best way to go. Your puppies are adorable! I really like the perspective shot of the bike and the shadow on the beach. Great job, It really tells a lot about you.

  3. It's a cultural mistake to link simplicity automatically to easiness.
On the philosophical level, there was Plato, who said, ages and ages ago: "Beauty of style and harmony and grace and good rhythm depends on simplicity." And it's one of the things I will always remember about my grandmother, a wise and wonderful woman: she learnt us to appreciate and treasure the beauty of simplicity.
All this just to say I really like your collage. It gives a beautiful insight in who you are and the things which are important to you. So: mission completed and no more worries! :-)

  4. Hello Jami

I think your collage is so harmonious! Had you not said you didn't know about the software, I would have assumed you chose carefully where each image lies and its size... it's so beautiful and story telling :)

    Your dogs are so cute!
